New student registration will begin on Monday, March 10th, by appointment only. Please call the office at 815-439-4828 to make an appointment.
Please make sure you have a registration packet. You can pick one up from the school office or print one off the Plainfield School District's website at psd202.org.
Along with the completed registration packet, you will need to provide the student's original birth certificate, proof's of residency as stated in the registration packet, student's physical, and if the student is in 1st through 5th grades, we will need the Illinois Transfer Form and the student MUST be withdrawn from the previous school before the student can be entered into the system at Meadow View.
The first day of school is August 14th, so please register your student as soon as possible so we can make sure to get them placed in a classroom before the first day.
