“Shrek The Musical” characters will be at Plainfield East High School for a special Shrekfest Meet and Greet on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 10 a.m. to noon in the school’s cafeteria.

Come join everyone’s favorite swamp ogre, Shrek, and his friends for a morning of fun filled activities, crafts and photo opportunities.

Meet and Greet tickets cost $5 and may be purchased online at https://forms.gle/QeJnfi3HfLm5GHpb9.

Meet and Greet tickets will also be sold at the door.

PEHS presents “Shrek The Musical” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, Friday, March 24 and Saturday, March 25; and 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 26

Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film, “Shrek The Musical” is a Tony Award-winning fairy tale adventure bringing all the beloved characters you know from the film to life on stage and proves there is more to the story than meets the ears.

Irreverently fun for the whole family, Shrek proves that beauty is truly in the eye of the ogre. “Shrek The Musical” is rated PG by the Motion Picture Association of America.

Advance show tickets cost $7 for adults and $5 for students, staff, and senior citizens.
